For over 30 years I've managed complex projects, navigated regulatory environments and kept stakeholders aligned – across government and the private sector. These are exactly the skills a prefab home project demands. They're just not skills most homeowners have reason to develop.

I've been through the process myself. Adding a prefab second home to my own property in South-East Queensland was time-consuming and complex – and I came to it with decades of project management experience behind me. That gives me a grounded, practical understanding of what you're facing – not just in theory, but from the inside.

That experience confirmed what I already suspected: most people need someone working for them, not for suppliers.
